Company explanation

Corporation established in 1960,and got the permission of the residential land development
as the first private application in this area.

There is our company in the quiet sale in lots district of 4km from a center in Kagoshima city,
on our company site, we have 2 rental apartments 51 rooms, and lending 1 own company Building
and exclusive parking lot 100 of them to 2 companies of IT and Advertising companies.

And , about 500 tsubos are lent to the big enterprise in front of "Taniyama Dentei Mae"Station
that keep developing further as same city secondary center of the city.

We update the tenth governor licence while we promote a business and plan an advance
to the Kanto area and this time we apply for a Minister of Land,Infrastructure and Transport license
and establish a Yokohama branch.

In the Yokohama branch, I make use of the ability that deepened the interchange
with the foreign country, and under the new standard, do a full support for a foreigner
with a real estate article of the all over Japan mainly on investment or the store administration
from the foreign countries.
